Draws at midweek Premiership
Grange missed the opportunity to move into pole position in the men`s Premiership after being held to a 0-0 draw by Edinburgh University at Peffermill.
The point takes Grange level with Dunfermline Carnegie and Wildcats on 16 points, but the Edinburgh side are just short of the latter by the slender margin of a single goal. Although goalless, both sides had chances to score during the game but failed to find the net.
However, the draw did allow the Edinburgh students to overtake Clydesdale into fourth place on goal difference.
However, there were four goals in Kelburne`s home match against Watsonians and they were shared equally. Watsonians opened in the second quarter with a drag flick conversion by Dan Coultas. The Paisley side were back level when Iain Scholefield banged home a rebound.

That is how the score stood until three minutes from the end, another penalty corner score from Coultas looked to have the three points heading back to Edinburgh. But in the final minute Mickey Nicol had other ideas and he levelled. Watsonians had a final chance to steal the points with an overtime penalty corner, but it came to nothing.

The result did little to aid either side, Watsonians remain just inside the top six and Kelburne now draw level with Uddingston on nine points but behind them on goal difference.
