National Performance Programme

National Performance Programme Sessions 2015-2016

 

Only players who have been selected for their respective national squads are invited to attend the National Performance Programme.

 

All sessions start on Wednesday 21 October and finish on Wednesday 9 December (inclusive).  From the first week in January 2016 there will be indoor physical training until the last week of February (please check as this is dependent on district).  Outdoor sessions will commence on the first week of March and continue to the first week of July.  Dates and times are subject to change and you will be advised by the respective head coach of any changes.

 

All sessions around the country will take place once per week in the first block (October to December), once per week for the second block (January – February), once per week for the third block (March to end of club season) and twice per week for the fourth block (end of club season to July)

 

Midland

Lead Coach: U16 and U18 David Stott (david.stott5@btopenworld.com)

Venue: The sessions go alternate weeks between Kilgraston School (Perth) and DISC (Dundee). First Wednesday will be at Kilgraston School 6-7.30pm and the second week will be at DISC 6-7.30pm.

All selected players are expected to attend the sessions in Dundee and Perth.

 

North

Arrangements for indoor physical training sessions will be advised by coaches

 

All players must be fully committed to attending all sessions in order to maintain inclusion within the training programmes.  Should any player have a problem committing to all sessions they should discuss this with the respective head coach.
